The Westhill 10k Fun Run will get under way at 10am. The race starts and and finishes at Westhill Academy, AB32 6XZ.

Your safety during the run is paramount and, with the cooperation of Aberdeenshire Council, road closures have been organised for the duration of the event.  The course will be marshalled with one water station and distance signage in place.

Registration is from 7.45am in the hall of the Westhill Academy, where you will be given your race number, t-shirt and timing chip.   Please bring along printed confirmation of your entry email on the day.

The Junior fun runs will take place prior to the start of the 10k. The 600-metre run for Primary 1-3 children, will start at 08.45am, the 1-kilometre run for Primary 4-7 will start at 9am on the Westhill Academy playing fields, start time 9am. The 2.5 km race for S1-S3 pupils will start next to the Ashdale Hall at 9.15am. You can view the 2019 route here.

Car Parking will be available at Westhill Academy, Westhill Primary School and Crombie Primary School. Please do not park in the Trinity Church car park and the Ashdale Hall car park will be unavailable on the morning of the race.

Limited changing facilities will be available at Westhill Academy and Ashdale Hall. A bag drop will also be available at these locations but changing areas are unsecured and the organisers accept no responsibility for loss of clothing or equipment.

Please note, there will be no refunds. Exchanges will be processed entirely at the discretion of the race organisers.
