With less than 3 weeks to race day, the committee is hard at work on the final preparations! Pretty sure we have everything covered, only thing we cannot organise is the weather. Standard for Aberdeen so sure it won’t stop any of you anyway… #community
Registration for both the 10k race and the children’s races are in the Westhill Academy. Race Numbers, Timing chips and complimentary t-shirts will be collected at registration. The children’s races are on the Academy playing field. The 10k race will start next to the Ashdale Hall and finish on the Academy playing field.
Main Car Park will be at Westhill Academy with overflow parking available at both Crombie Primary School and Westhill Primary School. Baggage drop will be available at either Westhill Academy or Ashdale Hall.
Catering facilities, FreshMex and Cafe2U, will be available in the car park of the Ashdale Hall.
Toilets are available in both the Academy and the Ashdale Hall.

Road closures*
To ensure the safety of the runners during the race, it is necessary to apply the following restrictions to traffic from 10am to 12noon on Sunday, 12 June. Road closed signs and barriers will be in place and dismantled as the runners pass, Nicol of Skene will be on hand to assist with road closures.
- B979 from the junction with U91c to Kirkton of Skene
- Old Skene Road from the junction with Broadshade Road to Larg Drive
- Old Skene Road from Denman Park to Westwood Drive

One Way (Left-hand carriageway heading up Westhill Drive from Ashdale Hall to junction with U91c to Kirkton of Skene will be closed to traffic)
